ASC AQUACULTURE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: PROGRESS VERIFICATION
For a farm that does not yet meet the ASC Standard, Aquaculture Improvement Project progress verifications are the third step within the Aquaculture Improvement Project process. A progress verification tracks improvements of the farm against its goals and continually fine-tunes the action plan.
While there are no agreed and documented reporting procedures for Aquaculture Improvement Projects, the expectation for transparency and progress is commonly met by reporting every six months and independent verification of progress every twelve months.
As a qualified Conformity Assessment Body working with the ASC Standard daily, bio.inspecta can conduct independent third-party reviews to verify progress.
